Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will investigate only if reported on the day of delivery. Otherwise, it will strictly non-exchangeable, no returns & non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges & Refund Policy
We do not accept any exchanges and refunds. All items are inspected before delivery. We ensure all items are in good condition before arranging to mail.
